It is a generalization that Isis is the Mother of Horus since he was born from Hathor's womb.

She is a cow goddess also relationg to the lioness, Sekmet. Music, dance, drums, mirrors,

and cosmetics are associated with her energy. She is also one of a few protectors of women in childbirth.

She was created when Ra tricked Sekmet into drinking beer that he told her was wine.
